Shipping & Payment Policy

For most deliveries are shipped using Poslaju. We are provided both peninsular of Malaysia, Sabah and Sarawak. If the order from the west peninsular of Malaysia usually take 2 – 3 days. For east peninsular of Malaysia like Sabah and Sarawak will take time for 3-4 days. The order that have been made in Friday until Sunday, the parcel will only be shipped on Monday of the following week.

After you have successfully placed your order, tracking number will be given to you. All the order are charged according to the weight of the parcel.  Our system will automatically calculate the weight and the amount you need to pay will be displayed at the end of order process. You can expect to receive your order within the following time frame. Signature will be required when you received the parcel.

All payment have to be made by means specified by Shimah Boutique. Price and shipping rates are subject to change without notice but change will not affect the orders that have been accepted.
